Review: Homeowner in need of an Electrician

I do NOT recommend Custom Touch Electric!!!  

Their website states, “We provide residential customers with the best service in the North County. We deliver fast, high-quality work at reasonable rates. You can count on our expert electricians to be knowledgeable, reliable, and capable.”

I was fooled by such a statement!

First, my original appointment was rescheduled at the last minute, which was fine because I understand delays happen throughout a work day.

The rescheduled date was a couple of days later, and the time was from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. 

I waited, waited, and waited until 6:30 pm even tried calling them at 5:30, getting a full voicemail, and to no surprise, Custom Touch Electric was a no show!
